Public Consultations

The AMF encourages consumers and financial sector participants to give their opinions on various topics, notably regarding the regulation of financial markets in Québec, through various public consultation initiatives. This enables the AMF to consider various viewpoints prior to adopting regulatory measures. Documents regarding public consultations are regularly updated, and the comments received are usually added to the existing documentation.
