Our brochures on financial fraud generally give a solid overview of the strategies used by fraudsters against their victims. This personal account video of an actual victim underscores the devastating impacts of financial fraud. The victim discusses how the enthusiasm she felt when holding an offer that was “too good to be true” quickly melted away upon realizing that her investments were lost. The victim had been lured into a Ponzi scheme.
