Proposed Acquisitions by Maple Group Acquisition Corporation

On October 7, 2011, the AMF submitted for public consultation the application filed by Maple Group Acquisition Corporation related on the one hand to a two-step integrated transaction to acquire 100% of the outstanding common shares issued by TMX Group Inc. and on the other, to the acquisition, concurrently or following the acquisition of TMX Group, of Alpha Trading Systems Limited Partnership and Alpha Trading Systems Inc. as well as The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited and, indirectly, CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc.
