Distribution of information

This section provides direct access to various documents covered by the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information,
c. A-2.1, r.0.2.

The Regulation sets out requirements for the distribution of information held by public bodies, in keeping with the government’s efforts to provide citizens with greater transparency.

The information to be distributed is:

• Organization chart and management staff (Available in French only)
   
• Person in charge of access to documents at the AMF
   
• Document classification plan
   
• Inventory of personal information files
   
• Register of the release of personal information
   
• Studies, research or statistical reports of interest for the purposes of public information
   
• Documents sent under a request for access of interest for the purposes of public information
   
• Public register
   
• Description of the services offered by the AMF
   
• Laws, regulations and other documents for decision-making
   
• Draft regulations published by the AMF
   
• Policy respecting the purchase of goods and services
   
• Financial commitments
   
• Documents tabled in the National Assembly
