Complaint examination

The following regulated persons must comply with the obligation to examine client complaints in a fair and equitable manner:

  • insurers;
  • trust companies, savings companies and financial services cooperatives;
  • securities dealers and advisers;
  • firms, independent partnerships and independent representatives.
