Approved Forms

All automobile insurance forms in use in Québec are to be found under this heading.

These forms have been approved by the AMF under Section 422 of the Act respecting insurance (R.S.Q. Chapter A-32), which states:
“The form and the conditions of insurance policies relating to the ownership or use of motor vehicles must be approved by the Authority.”
