The AMF holds a register of individuals and firms with the right to practice in the various industries it governs.

You can use this register to confirm the nature of a firm or the right to practice of an individual you are doing business with.

This register is organized according to the various types of clients governed by the AMF. Register information is updated on a regular basis.
 

• Register - Reporting issuers in Québec - Securities
  This section of the register contains the list of all reporting issuers in Québec.

• Register - Insurers
  This section of the register presents financial information on the insurers authorized to do business in Québec.
  
  
• Register - Deposit insurance
  This section of the register presents a list of institutions authorized to take deposits from the public, notably under the Deposit Insurance Act

• Register - Deposit institutions
  This section of the register includes the names of financial services cooperatives, savings companies and trust companies authorized to do business in Québec.
  

You can also display the List of exchanges, clearing houses and self-regulatory organizations (SROs) authorized to do business in Québec.

• Generate a list of firms practicing in the sectors defined under An Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services, classified alphabetically or by administrative region.
