Education and Good Governance Fund (EGGF)

The Education and Good Governance Fund (EGGF) contributes to the achievement of our mission. It is multisectoral, covering all of our areas of activity. It is made up of fees collected by the Commission des valeurs mobilières du Québec and, since July 1, 2008, of administrative penalties imposed on entities through the laws and regulations under our jurisdiction.

Since its creation in 2004, the EGGF has supported 60 projects with over $7 million in financing for projects focusing on investor protection and education, the promotion of good governance and the betterment of knowledge.
